Processing Aid Masterbatch

Description 
PA0837HD masterbatch is made of HDPE,ultra-high molecular weight siloxane and antioxidants, it is a highly effective processing aid for PE extrusion.

Applications
For polymer extrusion, it can remarkably improve the flow and processing properties of the resin,reduce the melt fracture, so improve the surface smoothness and gloss of products. Even without increasing the screw speed, the output can be increased remarkably. Meanwhile, the pressure build-up in the barrel is reduced. The result is a tremendous increase of the screw and barrel lifetimes. It can enhance the scratch and abrasion resistance of products, the self-cleaning of polymers in the extruder.
For glass fiber reinforced, it can reduce the glass fiber revealed phenomena. For talc filled, it can enhance the surface smoothness and surface silk texture, less torque.
It is widely used in the field of plastics compounding, extrusion of large diameter plastic pipes, leading to improved surface properties of plastic products, demoulding of injection plastics and synergistic effects of low smoke HFFR polyolefine.

Addition levels
Depending on the different purpose, during production 1.0%-10.0% PA0837HD has to be dosed. The exact amount must be determined in preliminary tests.

Combinations
PA0837HD is compatible with most plastic additives.

Packing
PA0837HD is supplied in 25kg PE bags.

Storage
The storage of PA0837HD causes no problem. It is not sensitive to ambient temperature and humidity. At maximum room temperature of 25℃ the storage life is 18 months.

Toxicity/permission
No poison. According to the US-FDA and BgVV, the max dosage level is 10% for food touched application.
